Education & Career Path:
I hold a BA in International Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a MS Ed in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Queens College. Prior to joining Tisch Center, I worked at New Jersey City University as an adjunct instructor and a Transfer Evaluator in their Enrollment Management Division. Before that, I was an adjunct instructor with Shih Chien University and editor for an English teaching magazine, both based in Taipei. I love working with students and am passionate about helping them figure out their purpose and the steps to get there.
Role in Tisch Center:
My primary role at the Tisch Center will be as an academic advisor - guiding students to the successful completion of their degree and making the most of their time at NYU.
I can speak four languages with varying degrees of proficiency and love to travel and experience new cultures. One of my favorite past times while living and working overseas was riding a motorized scooter with friends and traveling to different places. I also love and appreciate good music from classical to country to pop.
